Benriner Mandolin Slicer (Small)
รหัสสินค้า KJP0134
This green Benriner is the company's original product. Benriner began in 1940 when Mr. Uyuki Yamamoto started making daikon slicers in Iwakuni, Japan.
In the early days, Benriner slicers were made from tin. In the 1960s the company switched to plastic, making mass production easier and expanding the market from restaurants to households.
Green became Benriner's signature color during that period and is still well known among professional chefs and home cooks. Although newer models now come in cream or white to suit modern kitchens, the green model remains popular and is regarded as a symbol of Benriner's quality and durability
